It's actually been fairly warm in Misawa...rare for March!  The girls and I went shopping today (there's a lot of that happening lately...the countdown to our move back to America is ticking down quickly!).  I took advantage of the weather and the melted snow and wore this...

Anyways, this was an outfit I wore about two weeks ago for our coffee that was supposed to be somewhat spring-themed.  Winter is long round here ya'll.  So the invite said "wear something that makes you happy"...hot pink jeans it is then!  Today I'm wearing them to the mall.

OOTD--Love Boat Edition--9 March 2014 - 1

Saturday was Misawa's Spouses Dining In...basically what is usually a formal(ish) but fun event for the military made spouse-friendly.  Since we make it way more fun and don't wear uniforms, each squadron or group comes up with a theme for their costumes and table.  The overall theme was 70s tv shows, and we picked/were assigned "The Love Boat."  Our costumes were fairly simple, since we decided to make tshirts...

Kinda just let the hair run wild....

OutfitS of the Day--Super Hero Edition--8 March 2014-1

Another dual outfit day!  

A few of the girls & me went shopping in the morning.  I went simple:

Then, that night, we went out for Adine's Going Away party ::sniff, sniff::  She loves super heroes, so we all dressed up as one, real or fake.  I had no idea what to do since I don't even own, say, a Wonder Woman tshirt...and Adine said I should go as " 'Super House Wife', complete with powers of looking fabulous and gettin shit done."  Since that's basically the mode I've been in lately, I totally took the idea and ran with it...

OOTD--"Sponsor" Edition--4 March 2014 minus one

On Monday, not only did my husband come home (yay!), but a new family arrived at Misawa and we were their "sponsors"...basically their rides and lifeline for a few days until they get partially up & runnin here.  This day was a complete blur, so I never took a picture, but did a little clothes collage the next day:
