OOTD--3 December

Yesterday I fought valiantly against the urge to put on a hoodie to run errands.  I won!  

Shirt--Old Navy
Pants--A&F
Handkerchief--"acquired" from a friend's house in college.  Sorry friend, pretty sure I meant to give this back...
Earrings--those sugar skull and red rose ones (I'm hopelessly matchy-matchy)
Shoes--yellow Chuck Taylors

I should mention this outfit idea came from a blogger whose style I adore, My Corner View.  She's the right mix of pretty and rock and roll, a mix I feel but don't always feel like I carry out well.  Specifically these pictures inspired me:

I almost sold those red pants before I saw that picture...I just didn't think they looked that good.  This blog is sorta my go-to now when I need inspiration for an outfit.  Second is Pinterest :)  The handkerchief is just so pin-up...love it!
